These TERM and CONDITIONS are an agreement between you ("CUSTOMER, CLIENT") and Web Heaven Software ("us"). They should be read and understood.
The object of all sales are programming services. They are mesured in number of hours. The number of hours of programming services are an intangible good. The client, when purchasing will see as product description the number of hours of programming, the equivalent of real hours of performed services.
As a result of this services, the client may recive files, data, databases, archives, but he may also recive depending on the subject of his project, a simple answer, a confirmation of upload, an URL pointing to the result of the work, etc..
All orders will be processed only trough the online credit card processor 2CheckOut.com. The client will recive from us only a link to the payment gateway of 2CheckOut.com, by e-mail or text chat.
Payments in other currencies are accepted accordingly to this terms: 2CheckOut.com is the only responsible for currency conversion.
All goods and services are provided by Web Heaven Software and sold by 2CheckOut.com Inc. (Ohio, USA). All matters related to the payment process are the responsibility of 2CheckOut.com. All Credit Card processing and money transaction will be done by the CUSTOMER under the legal terms and conditions of 2CheckOut.com. Any payment error, any payment related task is carried out by 2CheckOut.com, We should not be held responsible for any inconvenience or incident taking place during the payment process.
Web Heaven Software will not promote or produce Spam, scam, hate, warez, hacking or any other site/offer that could be considered offensive to the most discriminate viewer with known intentions. All responsibility of the content of the websites produced goes to the client.
We reserve the right of refusing a client`s project, without any warning, if the client haven`t paid yet. If the client paid but the project becoms offensive to this terms and conditions, we reserve the right to terminate the projevct and to refund the remaining hours of programming services to the client.
During registration, Web Heaven Software may gather personal information such as your name and email address, your street address, billing information, and the URL of your web site. This information is used solely by Web Heaven Software to provide services to you or to assist you in navigating the system by automatically filling in certain forms with your information so that you don't have to continually re-enter it. Once you register you are no longer anonymous - you have a username and are able to take full advantage of the many offerings of Web Heaven Software.
In addition to registration we may ask you for personal information at other times, including (but not limited to) when you place listings or take advantage of the other features of Web Heaven Software.
